Rental Terms & Conditions
To ensure availability, Vacation Baby Rental recommends reserving your equipment as soon as possible. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. All online requests will be followed up via phone or e-mail within 24 hours. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Your acknowledgment of the terms and conditions below are confirmed by reserving with your pertinent billing and credit card informationyour reply to the confirmation email. Colors and size may vary. All items are cleaned and sanitized between uses.
1. Rental term begins and ends on the specified dates. All rentals will be paid for on delivery
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the order date is subject to 50% of the rental total.
- Items are delivered/picked up between rental start date and rental end date at designated location unless contacted prior. If no one is available at the location of delivery or pick up time window, there will be an attempt to reschedule with an additional $25 delivery fee. Please notify Vacation Baby Rental of any change in location.
- Rented items are picked up between 9 am – 5 pm (EST), unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
- Additional fees may apply for delivery/pick up outside of delivery hours or areas.
2. Renter accepts and hires the equipment on an as is basis. Renter acknowledges receipt of all equipment in good working condition and Renter fully understands the proper operation and use. Renter agrees to return equipment in as good condition as when received. Renter agrees to pay for all damaged costs incurred.
- Inspect equipment on arrival or receipt.
- If you are not satisfied with Vacation Baby Rental equipment, call to return/exchange within first 24 hours.
- Call for any and all instruction of equipment.
- Renter agrees that Renter will NOT move the crib from the original location where Vacation Baby Rental has placed it.
- Renter shall be liable for any loss, theft, damage, missing parts, permanent staining or destruction of the rented equipment. In the event the rented equipment shall be lost or damaged while in possession of Renter, Vacation Baby Rental will charge the credit card on file the cost of replacing or repairing the equipment, in addition to any charges incurred for the rental of the equipment.
- TEETH MARKS ARE CONSIDERED DAMAGE. We strongly recommend renting crib rail guards.
- You will be notified of additional charges, if any.
3. Renter will immediately discontinue use of equipment should it at any time become unsafe or in a state of disrepair. Furthermore, the renter will immediately notify Vacation Baby Rental that the equipment is unsafe or in disrepair and until such time as dealer has regained possession, the renter agrees to take all necessary steps to prevent injuries to any person and all property from the rental equipment.
- Items will be replaced immediately.
- Safety is our ultimate goal.
4. Vacation Baby Rental cannot be held liable for any damage caused to person or property from the rented equipment. You are renting at your own risk.
- Once you have taken possession of the equipment it becomes your job to keep your child safe.
- Call for any and all instruction of equipment.
5. Failure to return equipment will be considered a theft, resulting in criminal prosecution.
